How to access the location form ?

No one is unhappy about going on vacation or traveling to another country, everyone wants to make a new discovery. Before you travel to another country, you are required to fill out a localization form. Filling out a localization form is required in Italy and other countries of the European Union or not. Passenger Tracking Form Italy

All travelers coming from or going to Italy by air, land or sea are required to fill out the passenger tracking form. You have access to this form and can fill it out online. After filling in the form, as a passenger, you will receive the PLF in PDF format and the QR code at the email address you will indicate during the registration. You must save it on your smartphone when boarding. In addition, it is recommended that you print out the PLF you receive, as this is what you will show to the immigration officers upon boarding and disembarking. If you are traveling with your children, you must fill out the form for them, their details can be inserted in the appropriate section.

It is advisable to use it when public health authorities suspect potential transmission on board and need to conduct contact tracing.
