The Parliamentary Democracy module was developed through a collaboration between the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association and Athabasca University in Canada to foster knowledge and a better understanding of the history, principles and practices of the Westminster model of parliamentary democracy, in the context of other democratic models of governance.
